Ben Jenkins
Founder CEO
Gaffer, Lighting Desk Operator
Ben is the lead designer for the Protempod Greening the Screen research project for Media Cymru. He has designed an innovative zero carbon power solution for the TV and film industry.
Ben works as a gaffer, lighting desk operator, best boy and spark in the screen industries. His most recent credits include critically-acclaimed hit TV shows Boarders, Industry, Rivals and Wolf Hall: the Mirror and the Light. Ben recently worked on Under Saltmarsh for Sky and on the BBC Wales General Election 2024 Coverage.
Ben is a fully qualified domestic and commercial electrician. In 2025 Ben obtained net zero installation qualifications in solar, EV and battery energy storage systems.

Frances Jenkins
Founder CEO
Researcher, Best Boy
Frances is the project co-ordinator for the Greening the Screen research project. With a professional background in research, PR and business consultancy and a MA in Communication Media Practice and PR from Swansea University, she has recently obtained a CMI Level 4 Award in Management and Leadership and certification from Cambridge Judge Business School in Circular Economies and Sustainability Strategies. Frances participated on the Cardiff Capital Region Strategic Growth Programme 2024 - 2025.
Frances is also professional musician recently playing at the RTS Cymru awards ceremony. She has continuously taught music since 2006 and her students have a 100% pass record for ABRSM examinations.
